One of our wonderful Feet on the Street volunteers, Laura, was interviewed by Matt Woodley as part of his 'Have Faith' series on BBC Radio Cornwall. She talks about who Feet on the Street are, what we do, and why we do it, along with sharing a little about her own faith.

Thank you to Paramedic Emily Wragg for giving up her time to train Feet on the Street volunteers in First Aid. A very helpful session covering choking, cardiac arrest, recovery position, useful referral info and when to call 999!
We had some great conversations at the Penryn Campus Wellbeing Fair! A few people were really interested and some new volunteers.
We prayed for all the other people there running their stands, that God will encounter them and bless them. Overall a lovely afternoon!
We were blessed to have our local MP, Jayne Kirkham, join us on our Feet on the Street shift recently. She was very helpful and quite brilliant - we would welcome her as a regular volunteer anytime! Thank you Jayne for your service & contribution to our amazing town.

We are excited to have our own tree at this years Christmas Tree Festival! Come and see it between 1st Dec 2024 - 2nd Jan 2025 at the Princess Pavilions, Falmouth.
Feet on the Street were represented at the University’s Wellbeing Fair on the Penryn Campus to show the students who we are and encouraging volunteer applicants. We having been out and about on the streets of Falmouth for almost two months now and have had an overwhelmingly positive response from our community!
People listened to, potential fights dissipated, drunk and sick people helped, vulnerable people cared for……happy people, angry people, sad people and lost souls - all God’s children.
Quality conversations and lots of prayer plus much glass cleared from the ground and regular appreciation shown to us from the door staff and the community at large.
Our volunteers have all enjoyed their ‘once a month’ shifts and would love for you to join them, we have tea breaks in Fairwinds and it’s a lovely way to meet people from other churches. We have early and late shift options available. Come out as an observer if you’re not sure – either way get in touch with us via our contact page.
A truly wonderful evening officially launching Feet on the Street! Our church leaders blessed our volunteers with the support of our local MP and councillors. Special thanks goes to the Salvation Army for being amazing hosts!
Thank you Falmouth for your support, we feel filled with God's spirit and ready to go out onto the streets next week!
