Will I be trained? Yes
Am I covered by insurance? Yes
Do I have to be a Christian? Yes
Can I evangelise? No, but you are free to share your faith with anyone expressing an interest.
Is it safe? Yes. Our experience is that we are respected. We avoid any confrontation.
What hours will I be asked to do? There is a late evening shift and a later night shift. We hope volunteers could commit to 1 shift per month.
Will I ever be on my own? No, never. Teams will be a minimum of 3.
Am I provided with a uniform? You will be provided with a Feet on the Street high vis vest for your shift.
I'm still not sure, can I come out as an observer with you first? Yes, just let us know and we can invite you along.
Still interested and 18 or over?
We will send you an application form to fill in including and request for a reference from your pastor. Then we will arrange for a chat over coffee to discuss your application and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
